I receive a paper from the exec. and told me that is his tmr urgent leave paper. TTSH stating he actually accompany his sister to see doctor for her illness. The words was really a difficult things for me to read it and I so happen to read it out loud. It is my fault to read out loud. I am real sorry about this. And with this I had offended that person.
To me personally, I need to know what I have receive and what I am deducting any pay from anyone in the department. I must be fair to everyone right? I can't be deducting this person pay because I dun like him and not deducting the one that I like. That not the way to do things.
I know apologise doesn't help in this situation but what more I can do for you? See the boss and you think that it will make it feel better? I just find that we aren't kids in school anymore. Anything report to the boss. What you want the boss to do? Scold me? Like another action done in school by the teacher. Well I know your mood wasn't good these days but what I believe is don't vain anger on anyone because you are not in the good mood. Not fair to others sia. They are innocent.
Maybe it is also because my apologize don't sound sincere enough for him. Well I guess today I just have to be low profile.
