WTF... raising voice don't always help every time. And that of course that is no help with you talk to me and raise your voice. I know you have a degree but that doesn't mean you are more clever then me. It take alot of things to be a clever person. Cert don't tell if you are good or not. Attitude, personality etc. These matter alot more the just cert. If you want me to send e-mail then speak nicely la. Why raise your voice and hung up ppl phone. It tell how attitude you are. It doesn't reflected anything bad on me.

I don't see your e-mail and react at least you have to make me alight about ur e-mail ma. Just send the e-mail and think that the whole world that you wan to see the message will see ma. This is not the way to work. Although there are black and white but that not the way to work.
